WHEN GOOD FOOD MAKES YOU SMILE…
Executive Chef and Owner Frankie Bernert was born and raised in Nuremburg, Germany. He was inspired to become a chef by his parents who were both extremely good cooks.
Frankie graduated from culinary school in Nuremberg in 1985 and went on to work in world-class hotels and Michelin-winning fine dining restaurants. He trained with well-known German Chefs, including Wolfgang Bartz at one of Germany’s most famous gourmet restaurants, ENTE vom Lehel.
In December 2000, he moved to Columbus, Ohio to work under Master Chef Enzo Sclama at the Columbus Maennerchor. Frankie fell in love with the United States and stayed.

We will come to you! Special event catering is available for your home, office, or celebration. Whether it is an in-home served dinner for 10 guests or a backyard tented wedding for 300, every detail will be perfect.
STATEHOUSE EVENTS
We are proud to be the official catering and bar partner of the Ohio Statehouse. Email us for details about beer, wine, and liquor packages. We can also provide bites for a corporate reception or full-service wedding dinner for your special day.
FOOD TRUCK
The Feed Your Soul Food Truck is around Columbus daily. We can also cater your special event - food truck style!

STATEHOUSE CAPITOL CAFE
The Capitol Café offers a breakfast and lunch menu that includes omelettes, sandwiches, soups, salads, sweets, and coffee. Guests may order for dine in and carry out, Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm.
